From #medtronic to #omnipod. This was what came in the mail today *teenage girl squeal*. I haven't the slightest idea where to even begin. I have pump training on Friday, but I'm trying to keep my fingers off everything! It's not like I could figure it out on my own (ok, deserted island, gonna die w\/o it, maybe) it it just looks SO DAMN DIFFICULT! Someone please tell me I'm going to be able to swing learning all this. Damnit, I have the memory of a gnat, there's a lot to learn here.

We all know that #abs are made in the kitchen, so #portioncontrol is one step towards achieving a #lean body. #overeating has been one of my biggest hinders in #weightloss. It can be caused by #emotionalhunger, #dehydration, #stress, #bloodsugarlevels etc. Recently I've been very good at stopping and not thinking that I have to finish my plate. Slowing down, looking at my food, tasting it and smelling it really works for me and Im so happy I don't have to feel uncomfortable after a #meal. Listen to your body and enjoy your meals :)
