God Morning! ✨ A bowl🍲 of zucchini eggwhite oats topped with plum🍑, pomegranate seeds 🍇 & chocolate🍫 pb2 sauce + an egg was my breakfast this morning 😋 I later topped it with wf chocolate sauce🍫, almond milk 🍼and a shit load of cinnamon 😄👌 The weather is really sunny ☀️today so it's going to be a good day! Today is also my rest day. Boring but my body really needs it. I wish you a wonderful day! 💕
Man just got back from the gym .. Its snowing and me and @coach_24dee walked to the gym and worked on our abs 👍💪💯 and ran for alil bit .. Summers around the corner and I wanna be in the best shape of my life who's with me ?? It might bee snowing but that doesn't mean hibernate.. Were not bears .. So here's my first #transformationtuesday (no flex, no filter, just straight up mug shot style) these photos were taken exactly 10 weeks apart & also marks my half way point with this contest prep. I'm officially #10weeksout & super excited to see how far I can push myself these next 10 weeks.... I'm honestly quite embarrassed with the photo on the left😳 & was quite hesitant with posting this because of that... But I'm just going to be real with you guys... I had gained weight the previous couple months & I was not not at all happy with my appearance & it left me feeling pretty shitty about myself💩 yes I went to the gym regularly & ate pretty healthy, although I had no sense of when to stop🙅 for example I'm obsessed with pb & just because it was a "healthy" fat I'd have that extra scoop or two without thinking about it. I've learnt that portions & control are very important & just because something is healthy it doesn't mean you can pig out on it🐷 anyway I'm feeling a lot more confident & I have a very different outlook on food & a better understanding on how to use food as FUEL for my body to be able to reach & attain my goals. Big thanks to @shawntanfbb (my trainer) for putting me on track💕
