1 cup wholegrain \/ 5 grain oats
1\/2 cup nut butter- peanut\/ almond
2 tbsp raw honey
1\/2 cup shredded coconut
2 eggs - whisked
1\/4 cup milk- almond\/ skim
Optional- 1\/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Place all@ingredients Into a medium sized bowl and combine.
3. Spoon tbsp sized dollops onto the baking paper and form into a cookie.
4. Bake for 20mins or until golden brown. Enjoy!! 🍪💪🍴😍
