SARAN WRAP NAILS!
1: paint your nails a solid color. I used two coats.
2: once the first color has dried COMPLETELY paint a layer in a second, contrasting color. Don't worry if its messy π
3: quickly crumple a small piece of Saran Wrap and lightly dab the pink polish to create the textured look ( I suggest cutting it before hand as to avoid ruining your polish)
4: if the pattern doesn't turn out how you like it, put on a little more of your second color and re-dab with the Saran Wrap. Finish off with the top coat of your choice!
