Exploring breath again.
Entering as O2 and exiting as CO2. Breathing is the core of many discipline, it's the very first act of human life. It announces the independence of the new creature, it's the initiation of a rhythm that will continue until death. Take a deep breath to begin... to start a new. Breathing combines both inhale & exhale, we often emphasize on the inhaling. Learning to empty out is a great practice that gives us the space to fill up again, allow yourself to exhale all the way for the next intake. Let your breath be rhythmical- chest rising & falling, abdomen rising & falling, arms &legs rolling out on the inhale and in on the exhale, even the spine lengthening & shortening. One of the nature's great gift has been given to you- your very first birthday present. So... take a deep full breath as we cannot be more than we can breathe.
