على ضوء منهاج السيد السيستاني حفظه الله
(المفطرات)
جاء في الخبر: ((إذا صمتم فاحفظوا ألسنتكم عن الكذب، وغضوا أبصاركم ولا تنازعوا ولا تحاسدوا ولا تغتابوا ولا تماروا ولا تكذبوا ولا تباشروا ولا تخالفوا ولا تغضبوا ولا تسابوا ولا تشاتموا ولا تنابزوا ولا تجادلوا ولا تباذوا ولا تظلموا ولا تسافهوا ولا تزاجروا ولا تغفلوا عن ذكر الله تعالى)).
1. الأكل.
2. الشرب.
3. المباشرة الجنسية.
4. الكذب على الله، أو رسوله(صلى الله عليه وآله)، أو على أحد الأئمة (عليهم السلام ) ـ على الأحوط وجوبا ـ .
5. الارتماس في الماء مكروه كراهة شديدة.
6. ادخال الغبار الغليظ، أوالدخان الغليظ الى الحلق ـ على الأحوط وجوبا ـ واذا تحرز منه فدخل بغير اختياره فلا بأس.
7. البقاء على الجنابة حتى طلوع الفجر.
• اذا نسي غسل الجنابة يوما او أو اياما وجب عليه القضاء، ولا يبطل الصوم بالاحتلام في أثناء النهار، ولا تجب المبادرة للاغتسال.
8. خروج المني بالاستمناء مثلا.
9. ادخال السوائل كالأدوية السائلة من مخرج البراز(الاحتقان)
• لا باس بقطر الاذن والعين ـ حتى وان شعر بطعمه في الحلق ـ .
