I'm actually pretty stunned tonight as I look at the development of my #back#muscles over this last year. 😍 The ever so slow process of muscle growth & fat loss for me often becomes frustrating & the mental battle takes on a whole new meaning as I wonder if I am progressing & question my level of commitment to #bodybuilding. 😍 I am so glad that I have my pictures to look back & see the progress that is so easily dismissed when it appears slowly & discreetly. 😍 The inevitable #gains & #progress that takes place comes through consistent training & diet. 😍 One thing I can say for sure is that showing up is the key... Move every day. 😍 Take the emotion out if it.
Now I say this as I lay resting for the second day in a row.. This is ever so rare for me in my life right now. 😍 I have been experiencing complete exhaustion & emotional lows along with hair loss which tells me my thyroid is out of whack again - I have a condition called Hashimotos Hypothyroidism, which I have to monitor closely. 😍 So, this weekend I am resting & not killing myself at the #gym. 😍 Take care of your #health issues & be kind to yourself. 😍 thx for all your support. 😍 #fitwithkim
