Started Phase 3 of Body Beast today. Its taken a little longer than I had hoped. After about 2 weeks I found out I had a torn muscle and couldn't do any leg workouts. Its been really hard to hold back on that.
Some other things came up along the way but I kept at it and my results are very pleasing. My muscles have never been this big before and I feel amazing. My transformation photos will be here in a couple weeks and I'm thinking of doing a second round when I'm done hopefully with the legs.
Toned arms and back for summer? Do some pullups (assisted or non assisted), plyopushups and oblique pushups for your abs. If you are not able to do pushups, start with your knees or better with one leg on the air. You will gain strength very fast. Tag a friend who would like to try these exercises for a challenge or for toning. Btw, still doing just a few pullups but getting better ;)
Plyometrics: jump training. I hate it, but I love it! Haha. This is part of my late workout, no excuses. My height is low, it was towards the end, but my form is nice.
