Product Review: Physicians Formula Healthy Wear tinted moisturizer SPF 50
🌟🌟🌟🌟 I 💖 this stuff! Lets start off by explaining why I only gave it a 4 out of 5. Ready for it???..... I have it a 4 because of the limited shade range available in stores. Sadly 😞 it only comes in ✌ two shades: light to natural and natural to tan. I have NC25 skin tone so I purchased the natural to tan. It is a tinted moisturizer so it isn't very opaque. I prefer to go a little bit darker on these because they give me the illusion of a tanned face. This shade is slightly darker than my skin tone, but not enough to really stand out. In the summer my body always gets darker than my face. My face just gets freckles so I use this stuff to make me look even and not like I have a ghost face lol👉👻 + 🙎=no bueno. Ok so back to the product. I wore this on a day I knew I would be outside for at least 3 hours. I tend to burn before I tan and I really didn't want to get sunburned so I slathered this bad boy on and went about my business. What I noticed was that it gave me a nice dewy finish. I have normal to dry skin so I'm good with this but if you have combination or oily skin you may want to set this with a powder. It blends very nicely, but doesn't offer much coverage. Then again, it is a tinted moisturizer so keep that in mind 😉 it is a little pricey for a drugstore product, it's $14.99. I bought mine when it was on sale for $8.99 at CVS. Although it is pricey, a little goes a long way and this stuff will last for quite a while. Once I have finished this bottle I will repurchase it.
