So I was on my way home from the office and my business partner Kenten sent me a text with this picture attached. This is a shot of the door on our vertical Mazak CNC. Apparently a tap broke in the stainless parts he's machining and this was the outcome.
This is the spindle on 1 of 3 Cincinnati Arrow 750s we currently have on the floor. The spindle is belt driven and the belt is starting to go out. So it sounds like crap upon starting and stopping. Our current repair guy is always overcommitted so its tough to get him in here. Is there any Cincinnati Arrow repair guys in the San Jose\/San Francisco Bay Area that would be willing to be our new go to?
This is a custom LED light housing\/heatsink we machined on a vertical CNC from 6061 aluminum.
These are some housing doors that were machined from glass filled nylon.
my neighbor came over to me this weekend and handed me a box full of micrometers, adjustable parallels, and telescoping micrometers. most of it is old Starrett and in decent shape, all,the uh need is a but if cleaning and some oil, and they'll be good as new.
Pretty stoked on getting a full Ste of telescoping mics for free!
