Angie’s List is an online directory that provides consumer reviews of local services in the US and parts of Canada. Members of Angie’s list can review companies and give a grade from A to F based on the criteria of price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. Companies can also respond to their reviews on the site, and are encouraged to do so. Since June of 2016, the site offers basic membership for free, with additional benefits available for a paid subscription.
