Workaway is like an exchange program, where a family hosts a traveler during his stay. Hosting a traveler is absolutely free, but the traveler volunteers to do some work for the host family in exchange for food and accommodation. Registering as a host is free, while paying a minimal annual subscription fee is required for travelers. Both traveler and host can search the list for a possible exchange.
